Check all gutters, downspouts and drains to be sure they are free of debris to allow for proper drainage.

Clean debris off roof- especially in valleys.

Trim all trees and vegetation away from roofs.

Inspect and test all heating elements to ensure they are in proper working condition.

Inspect roof for loose screws or damage from previous winters.

Gutter and heat all eaves over entry ways to catch runoff and prevent ice build-up.
